If a property is submitted more than one time, the first "submitter" will be considered the property submission owner.

Step 1:
Finding a property.
Seedtime Property Solutions is looking for vacant homes, sellers interested in skipping the standard selling process, AS-IS properties, distressed homes, homes that are under foreclosure or pre-foreclosure and other investors willing to sell properties from their portfolios.

Completing the referral form.
Seedtime Property Solutions ask that you fill out the referral form in it's entirety. There is a * beside all fields that are required for your convenience. As you can imagine, the more information we have the easier it is for us to follow up on a lead. Photos are greatly appreciated. The give us an instant idea of the condition and value of the property in question.
Step 3:
Qualifying your lead.
We will begin attempting to contact the owner of your referred property within 2 - 3 days. Our methods include phone calls, emails and printed materials sent directly to the referred property unless otherwise noted on your submission.
Step 4:
Presenting an offer.
If the owner is interested in selling, we will schedule a property visit to review the condition of the property. If there is a meeting of the minds we will make a same day CASH offer and upon closing the deal.....
You get $500 for your knowledge, time and referral!
Leads that don't qualify: Properties sold within the last six (6) months, an incomplete referral lead form, leads listed on Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, standard MLS, internet search properties, or properties under contract with another investor.
Referral payout are given to the 1st person to submit a completed survey on that property.
